Peridot is an informal and spacious restaurant overlooking the garden square serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. 1880 offers more formal dining and the famous 'grazing' menu made up of six, seven or eight courses developed by the celebrated chef Andrew Turner.

The building was originally made up of several grand Victorian terraced mansion houses, which have now been carefully restored to their former grandeur.
